Fleeting glimpse of Czech’s education system
The Czech Republic’s education system is divided into 6 levels equivalent to Vietnam’s education system. Students start Elementary School from 6 to 11, then continue Secondary school within 4 years. This is the stage of compulsory education for all students within 9 years. Students study four years in High school or may enroll in vocational training schools for 3 years. After finishing High school or Vocational training, students continue higher education within 3 years to get a bachelor’s degree or engineer. The next stage is the Postgraduate including Master training within 2 to 3 years and 3-year Doctoral training.
